• Borgata Poker offers players an opportunity to participate in their favorite poker tournaments online through a daily tournament schedule featuring buy-ins as little as $5 up to $535.

Eligibility:

• Players with online Borgata Poker accounts.
• To be eligible players must be 21 years of age or older and playing within the state of Pennsylvania.
• To be eligible all personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.

Action Required:

• Borgata may modify the rules at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the platform. We recommend you revisit these Standard Promotional Terms regularly. By your continued participation in the promotion, you accept any such modified terms.

Registration Procedure:

• Online Borgata players in Pennsylvania with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in tournaments.
• Log in to your Borgata PA online account while in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Register for tournament(s) via cash buy-in, Tournament Dollars or Tournament Tickets.
• These tournaments are re-entry. After a player busts, the player may re-enter the tournament during the registration period.

Limitations on Participation:

• Account must be active and in good standing (i.e., must not be on any exclusionary lists).

• All daily scheduled tournaments

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

Cancellation:

• Tournament schedule is subject to and conditional upon the Pennsylvania Commission of Gaming Enforcement’s continuing regulatory approval of the PA Borgata Poker site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the tournament(s), the tournament(s) shall be null and void.
• Borgata PA reserves the right to change, modify or end these tournaments at any time.
• Network reserves the right to cancel tournaments or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with these tournaments.
